I've always had a niggling urge to start my own business, and I think that's what attracted me to the society.  I thought that all the speakers were exceptional last year.  It was really inspiring to hear how they had risen to success and interesting to learn what factors they thought made a good business.  The events are also a great place to meet other budding entrepreneurs and share your best (and worst) business ideas.

Exposed to entrepreneurial attitude from an early age, I've always come up with innovative ideas and have wanted to establish my own company. Joining Bristol Entrepreneurs last year has given me a refined skill-set and many opportunities to meet leading figures in business. The high calibre of speakers drew me in further each event and the workshops were extremely useful in developing my own business plans. For you who are interested in developing your ideas, Bristol Entrepreneurs is the society for you.

If I hadn't discovered entrepreneurship in the last years of my school career, I'd probably be followinga career path in Fine Art. For me, this is something that initially stemmed from a heavy involvement in the Young Enterprise programme.Since then I have looked to start up my
own business.

Bristol Entrepreneurs has given me the opportunity to learn from a large array of speakers and share experiences with like minded people. I hope one day, I'll be able to inspire, as I myself have been inspired!

Bristol Entrepreneurs is all about successful business and giving you the key skills to make it in the world.  Taking a engineering degree with a keen eye for business, I found BE was for any student regardless of their degree.  As a co-director of a PLC, Bristol Entrepreneurs has inspired me to look at diversifying our business in the future.

I joined Bristol Entrepreneurs after taking part in the SPARK entrepreneur's course last summer and getting so much out of it. I have enjoyed the range of speakers this year and come out of every event inspired to run my own business. I currently have my own small business designing, making and selling silver jewellery.

Bristol Entrepreneurs impressed me from the first by being of such a professional caliber in the expanse of events and speakers they offered. The opportunities with this society are infinite if you're a business butterfly, after all, entrepreneurship is all about making something yourself. This is why I wanted to be part of such an interesting and infinitely useful society and would want to see it expand even more, through its range of events, incorporating more competitions and gaining more members

I have had a passion for business since an early age and have found BE to be a great place to learn and network. I currently am in involved in 2 business, one of my own doing clothing and one as an adviser supplying firewood on a huge scale. I have so far found it possible to balance both university work and my entrepreneurial career and hope to be able to pass on tips to other young budding entrepreneurs
